Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. As the DevOps Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and maintenance of our DevOps infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in driving automation scalability and reliability across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers to design implement and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services.
- Handson experience in designing implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Git Artifactory Zuul Kubernetes etc.
- Handson experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like Ansible and drive IaC to streamline deployment and enhance efficiency for infrastructure provisioning configuration and management.
- Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives and security standards.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in VMware Cloud Storage Networking and operating system administration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship fostering continuous learning.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and uphold SRE principles.
- Hire onboard and mentor team members fostering their growth.
- Champion Agile methodologies promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Desired Qualifications:
- 12 years industry experience with 10 years in DevSecOps leadership and 4 years managing teams.
- Strong technical skills in DevOps toolsets and workflows.
- Extensive experience deploying and supporting engineering toolsets like Artifactory Git Jenkins Kubernetes etc.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration scripting/programming and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Ansible Git Subversion and adaptable to fastpaced environments.
- Track record of success in leading highperforming teams.
The ideal candidate will be techsavvy customerfocused and adept at multitasking and decisionmaking. Effective communication is crucial.
