Job Description
Job Title: LLM Trainer
We are seeking a dedicated LLM Trainer to help develop and refine our stateoftheart language learning models (LLMs). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those eager to advance their skills and collaborate with a team of experts in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Production: Engage in the complete data production process including writing editing and conducting quality checks to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and user needs informing the development and optimization of LLMs.
- Machine Learning & Creativity: Gain valuable insights into the interaction between machine learning and human creativity influencing the development of advanced LLMs.
- Specialized Knowledge: Develop expertise in specific content areas and data formats crucial for achieving project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of LLM models methodologies and applications for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 01 year of relevant experience as an LLM Trainer
- Technical Skills:. Familiarity with Excel for data analysis and reporting is also required.
- Market Research Skills: Proven experience in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform model development.
- Desirable Experience: Previous experience as an annotator for established AI/LLM companies is a significant advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Multilingual candidates will be given priority.
