Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for VLSI design roles from sourcing to offer acceptance ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards social media networking events and referrals to identify top VLSI talent.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their technical skills cultural fit and alignment with client requirements.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitive landscape within the VLSI and semiconductor sectors.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process including negotiation of terms and conditions and work to secure candidate acceptance.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on VLSI semiconductor or related industries.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of VLSI design Analog Layout DFT and related technical skill sets.
Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source screen and hire top technical talent in a competitive market.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
ProblemSolving: Demonstrated ability to solve recruitment challenges and think creatively to find solutions.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Engineering or a related field is preferred.
