Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote (PST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 5000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding of new clients assessing their current accounting processes and implementing improvements to optimize financial workflows. This position involves direct interaction with clients to understand and refine their financial systems managing internal coordination with senior accountants and conducting periodic financial reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise and experience in client onboarding within an outsourced accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Process Improvement:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients by evaluating their current accounting systems and workflows.
- Clean up and reorganize financial records and books to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement new accounting processes software and workflows to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with senior accountants to support onboarding efforts and ensure seamless transitions.
Client Interaction and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase managing communications via email and Zoom.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews of other accounting managers clients to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Depending on experience assist with financial planning and analysis tasks to support client and company goals.
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights on financial performance to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management ideally within an outsourced accounting firm handling multiple clients.
- Proficiency with accounting software preferably QuickBooks Online (QBO); experience with other accounting tools (e.g. QuickBooks Desktop Sage Netsuite) is advantageous but not required.
- Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis is a plus.
- Experience with USbased clients or accounting practices is highly desirable.

- Experience working in an outsourced accounting firm managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Culture Index assessments or similar tools for team and client compatibility.
