Join Serco as a Cost Analyst as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Camp Arifjan Kuwait.

Join an integrated governmentindustry team in support of multiple program functions. You will provide a wide range of customer requirements in the Army supply systems and operations. Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the worlds greatest Army.

• Develop cost proposals based on RFPs and RFQs
• Develop and Prepare monthly cost performance reviews and evaluation briefs for client approval.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (i.e. linear regression linear programming critical path analysis).
• Forecast project costs by gathering details and compiling data to estimate all project costs according to specifications.
• Help determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
• Consider materials labor equipment tools and transportation for estimations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• U.S. Citizenship
• The ability to obtain and maintain a VISA 18
• An active DOD Secret clearance
• A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • OR an Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel abilities
• The ability to travel up to 25%
