Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and resultsoriented individuals to join our HR team as Recruiters. The role involves sourcing screening and selecting top talent.
Welcome candidates from all domains as we believe in your potential to excel in HR Recruitment vertical.
To be successful in this role you must have a robust laptop with the latest updates and reliable internet connectivity to support the hybrid work model.
As a Recruiter your
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and databases.
- Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- A passion for building relationships and connecting with people
- Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
