As Lead Creative Officer, you will be responsible to conceptualize, plan, supervise and execute all marketing and corporate communication activities of QDFC. In addition, this role will also oversee the project management of creative and digital media delivery across all digital platforms through harnessing best practices as well as manage external promotional activities conducted within the Duty Free to optimize sales performance and achieve established budget.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Define, follow and execute QDFC Brand Guidelines for effective communications to ensure collateral is consistent and cohesive.
• Design and develop visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, digital screens, email campaigns, and digital advertisements to have custom and interactive contents for the customers.
• Produce, edit, color correct, resize, animate video content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate communications to create a unique marketing digital experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into design and video editing tasks.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, providing support as needed to ensure brand and design standards are integrated throughout all digital properties.
• Design and execute promotional-driven visual elements, including signage, gondola dressing, and mockups, to enhance in-store displays and customer engagement.
• Create high-quality print materials such as vouchers, flyers, posters, banners, and signage for various marketing and promotional activities to attract, retain customers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by adhering to deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Liaise with external print vendors to ensure the accurate production of print materials, managing proofs, quality checks, and delivery timelines are well followed.
• Research, design, develop and deliver creative concepts for shop floor/online activations and various internal/external communications to deliver optimum products and services.
• Understand the needs of the business and contribute to deliver targets to meet the annual marketing calendar and the overall company strategy.
• Assist the Creative Marketing Manager in all operational projects to ensure the project is completed within the specified timeframe.
