Waiter - Qatar

A highend restaurant located in Doha Qatar renowned for its fine dining experience and exceptional service offering a unique blend of French and Arabic cuisine is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join their exceptional team. As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing a luxurious and memorable dining experience to our guests by delivering toptier service and ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding attentive service to guests ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
  
• Greet and seat guests in a courteous professional and friendly manner.
  
• Present and explain menu items including food and beverage offerings and offer recommendations when needed.
  
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards ensuring timely delivery.
  
• Anticipate guests needs and address them promptly to enhance their experience.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring all items are properly stocked and ready for use.
  
• Assist in maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant including dining areas tables and service stations.
  
• Process guest payments accurately and on time handling cash and credit transactions.
  
• Monitor and maintain the presentation of food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
  
• Collaborate with other team members including kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism ensuring guest satisfaction.
  
• Follow all health and safety regulations including food handling and hygiene standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar waiter role preferably in a fine dining or highend restaurant.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of food beverages and wine pairings.
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent grooming standards.
  
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
  
• Positive attitude teamoriented and willing to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  
• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
