As the Head Waiter you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor ensuring all guests receive exceptional service.
  
• Supervise and train waitstaff providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
  
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to maximize dining efficiency.
  
• Ensure that the restaurant is wellmaintained clean and organized always.
  
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and adherence to menu specifications.
  
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and discretion.
  
• Maintain knowledge of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and wine pairings to advise guests.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and protocols.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food safety and cleanliness.
  
• Manage and oversee the opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
  
• Assist in inventory control and ordering of frontofhouse supplies.
