Job Description
We are looking for a competent Office Administrator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
. Maintain and update company databases
. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
. Answer queries by employees and clients
. Update office policies as needed
. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
. Book meeting rooms and conference facilities
. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
