Telecaller

Requirements

• Make 100 cold calls daily to prospective students explaining the courses and services offered by the institute.
  
• Maintain a connection rate of 70% to 80% from daily calls.
  
• Generate 4 to 5 daily walkins from cold calling efforts.
  
• Use predefined scripts to contact both prospective and existing students.
  
• Address queries related to courses services and any issues students may face.
  
• Update and maintain the student database regularly.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students to enhance engagement.
  
• Report daily progress to the supervisor including call and walkin statistics.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in education and career counseling.
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
  

• Previous experience in academic advising or counseling.
  
• Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes.
  
• Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
  
• Background Bachelors /Master s degree in Education Psychology or a related field.
