Key Responsibilities:
- Strong in follow up with production team on orders
- Customer coordination.
- Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software
- Coordinate with the production team for orders
- Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
- Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Requirements
- HSC
- Experience Required 1 year
- Software Gati
- Good Grip in Excel
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
