Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from various platforms
- Reviewing applications from various platforms
- Conducting interviews
- Scheduling interviews with various stakeholders
- All administrative duties related to recruitment
- Building talent pipeline
- Drafting of job descriptions
- Performance management of employees (Guide and advise line managers)
- Internal development implementation and embedding of succession planning practices career growth development strategies
- Assess Individual development plans for employees
- Retention plan to maintain high performing employees
Experience & Skills required:
- HR bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Energetic enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Performance management experience
