We have a fantastic job position open as a Junior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Sales placements. Working alongside our Senior Recruiter you will be expanding your network receiving full training as well as gaining that allimportant experience amongst passionate and driven individuals. This is a remote working environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and market quality candidates from our job portals.
  
• Source candidates for suitable vacancies.
  
• Work specs received from clients.
  
• Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs.
  
• Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
  
• Marketing of adverts on LinkedIn.
  
• Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks.
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Goaloriented and deadlinedriven
  
• Completed Degree or 3year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
  
• Minimum of 1 year as a 180 recruiter
  
• Experience using a recruitment (ATS) Applicant Tracking System
  
• Computer literacy
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Strong team player
