This could suit either a 180 or 360 recruiter if youre able to source your own clients and fill them yourself youll be able to earn an even higher commission bracket. Not a fan of sales No worries we have a sales team who will feed you with clients to service you just need to bring a real hunger drive and determination to fill roles knowing that your pay is directly linked to your own performance.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage with highcalibre candidates for various sectors.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and expert advice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment ideally in our specialised sectors.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationshipbuilding abilities and client management expertise.
• Selfmotivated resultsdriven and resilient.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and job boards to effectively source candidates
