ERP Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned PMs/POs to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  

• Provide vision and direction to the agile development teams, coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them
  

• Develop use cases, acceptance criteria and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  

• Help with backlog prioritization and estimation across the projects
  

• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  

• Identify and manage risks, opportunities across multiple projects
  

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders communication and expectations
  

Must haves

• 3+ years experience in product/project management field (PO/BA, QA)
  

• Experience with Agile process and principles
  

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  

• Experience working with senior decision makers
  

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  

• Proactiveness and ownership mentality
