Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Location: Remote Work from Home; Office: Dubai UAE

About Us: We are a leading consultancy firm in Dubai specializing in healthcare consulting services. We provide strategic guidance operational support and innovative solutions to healthcare providers and organizations across the region.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strategies. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for driving online engagement enhancing brand visibility and generating leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.) to increase ROI and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic.
  • Lead the development and management of content marketing initiatives including blogs videos whitepapers webinars etc. to support overall digital marketing objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and engage existing clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare industry regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals providing guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Technologies Communications or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8 years) in digital marketing roles preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels including SEO PPC social media email marketing and content marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
