Job Description

Greeting and directing customers

Providing accurate information (e.g. product features pricing and aftersales services)

Answering customers questions about specific products/services

Ensure racks are fully stocked

Manage returns of merchandise

Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Requirements

Minimum Education: 12th pass

Age Limit: 18 30

Salary:

For Fresher: Stipend Rs. 10900/ take home
