Looking for and nbsp;SMB and nbsp;Sales Kolkata We are right now hiring and nbsp;for and nbsp;sales and nbsp;personnel and nbsp; and nbsp;Person should be having experience in selling IT and nbsp;Hardware(Like laptop mouse cpu RAM etc) and amp; Networking items(like IP phones switches router) to Corporate(B2B and nbsp;sales).

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Should and nbsp;have and nbsp;good and nbsp;understanding and nbsp;of and nbsp;Regional and nbsp;Market and nbsp;(This and nbsp;is and nbsp;based and nbsp;on and nbsp;location and nbsp;of and nbsp;position)
  • Understanding Customers business requirements existing engagements and nbsp;and conceptualizing solution mechanism to meet those and nbsp;requirements.
  • Drive the Product/Services sales and nbsp;for and nbsp;the and nbsp;region.
  • Presentations on Product and IT and nbsp;Services offerings to the CXO/IT and nbsp;Manager of potential and nbsp;clients.
  • Solicit and bring business from newer and nbsp;accounts
  • Achieve planned Order Booking targets Quarterly basis at acceptable Gross Margin and nbsp;Levels Timely payment collection
  • Review proposals
  • Should have a mechanism to generate leads and drive them to and nbsp;closure.
  • Should not be hesitant to do cold and nbsp;calls.
  • Perform targeted prospecting of Enterprises and nbsp;for and nbsp;larger deal sizes and and nbsp;SMB aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Achieve Targets on Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly basis
  • Develop and Manage sales and nbsp;across the eastern part of the country with right product mix with P and amp;L accountability
  • Own and manage sales and nbsp;process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across multiple channels.
  • Strategize and successfully execute Sales and nbsp;plans.

Minimum Requirement:
Graduate in any discipline a must.
5 and nbsp;years experience in IT Sales and nbsp;(Preferably and nbsp;SMB/Enterprise Sales)
Should and nbsp;have and nbsp;good and nbsp;understanding and nbsp;of and nbsp;Regional and nbsp;Market
Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various geographies
Should be willing to sell IT and nbsp;solutions (Hardware Networking Software Etc)
and nbsp;
Knowledge and amp; Skill:
Planning budgeting Analytical and cost management experience.
Product pricing negotiation with partner/customers/SI customers.
Ability to lead effectively in a demanding fast paced team environment.
Good regional connect with and nbsp;SMB/Enterprise Accounts and their CIO/Project Head and nbsp;for and nbsp;the region
The ability to create demand and nbsp;for and nbsp;products or services by identifying tracking and measuring customer business value
Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
