Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and execute the product strategy aligning with business goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape providing valuable insights for product development.
Feature Definition: Clearly define and prioritize product features ensuring they meet the requirements of B2B clients and contribute to the overall success of the product.
Roadmap Planning: Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones and timelines for product releases.
User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces enhancing the overall user experience for business customers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback address concerns and ensure alignment between product development and business objectives.
Risk Management: Understand and mitigate potential risks associated with product development compliance and market changes in the B2B financial landscape.
Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance making datadriven decisions to optimize product features and user engagement.
Qualifications:
4 years of proven experience in the B2B financial services sector.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple understandable language.
Experience in the implementation of integrations with internal and 3rd party client systems
Experience with agile development methodologies.
