Were seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide firstline technical support to our organization. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This is a fulltime position and onsite splitting time between our offices in Amsterdam and Haarlem.
Tasks
- Respond to and resolve user tickets and phone calls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software hardware and network issues
- Provide support for Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
- Perform basic Active Directory user management tasks
- Assist with basic network and VoIP phone system issues
- Install and configure Windows operating systems on workstations and laptops
- Install update and troubleshoot software applications
- Document all support interactions and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and 10 operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 suite
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory user management
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
- Basic knowledge of VoIP systems particularly Cisco phones
- Experience in Windows operating system installation and configuration
- Familiarity with software installation deployment and troubleshooting
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft certifications)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Familiarity with automated software deployment tools
