Role Responsibilities:

• Address and log customer inquiries through phone email and online chat.
• Maintain accurate data of customer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Manage and escalate client complaints following company policy.
• Resolve support calls and emails within agreed SLAs ensuring they are logged correctly.
• Troubleshoot using open questions support documents and system training.
• Provide solutions to common issues and frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Native or fluent in the required language
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
• EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided)
