Responsibilities:
- Ability to deal with electronic and mechanical machines.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Experienced in ID and passport card personalization machines is recommended.
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
- Managing servers and ensuring regular back-up & restoration of client’s data
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.
- Willingness to work in different locations in different cities.
- Willingness to travel outside Jordan.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum 3 years
- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
- Preferred valid Jordanian driving license.
- Very good English language skills.
