Travel Consultant

• Handle requests and complaints from clients professionally and efficiently.
  
• Provide clients with the best flight bookings and fare options.
  
• Follow up with clients on time to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  
• Manage the office phone hotline and respond promptly to business requests.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry preferably in booking and ticketing roles.
  
• Knowledge of travelrelated software; proficiency in Amadeus is a plus.
  
• Team player with strong collaborative skills.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Wellorganized and detailoriented.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
