Role: Sr Business AnalystCerner Scheduling

Experience Required: 4 8 Years
Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM / 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Cerner Application Support:

  • Incident resolution and implementation of Cerner Millennium projects.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Cerner solution functionalities and components.
  • Performing complex troubleshooting investigations documenting notes and creating knowledge articles.
  • Gathering requirements determining scope of work and planning for timely delivery.
  • Handling assigned timesensitive tasks independently.

• Relationship Management:

  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with peers and clients.
  • Providing timely feedback to encourage success.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities in both written and verbal correspondence.

• Adaptability and Readiness:

  • Learning and adapting to changing landscapes acquiring new skills with technological advancements.
  • Coordinating effectively with global teams.
  • Being prepared to work odd hours oncall and weekends as needed.
