Position: Sr. Customer Support Executive (US Telecom voice process)
Experience : Minimum 6 Months B2C
Working Hours: Night Shift 5 Days a Week

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 18 months of experience in customer support
Should have computer and Internet knowledge / knowledge of Billing queries
Requirement :
US process night shift will be there but agent should be ok with 24*7 / rotational shifts
* Need Candidates with excellent English Communication Ss
* C1 or B2 Certified English

Salary: 3235K CTC (Max 4.5 LPA)
