JOB PURPOSE:
This function entails leading the Project Management and operations (from the product agreement being signed up and until the product’s commercial availability for launch) towards regulatory, technical, financial, pricing, marketing, operational and all other project-related aspects that need to be dealt with via internal and external communication with the objective of accessing target markets efficiently. It entails also averting risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and giving best proposals to decision makers throughout the project lifecycle; leading to adherence to agreed timelines and approved objectives.
The other purpose is to work closely with internal stakeholders and licensors on the existing products supply and demand plans to achieve sales targets with optimal models, cost, and flexibility, in addition to Alliance management role with partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policies and Procedures:
- Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements.
- Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy.
- Specific measures to match the needs in Biotechnology.
Budget:
- Evaluate project’s financials to assure profitability throughout the project lifecycle
- Accuracy of data and contribution towards budget.
Day to day operations:
- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify risks and contingency plans related to the project progress and timelines.
- Build and implement the most optimal business models for process flow, operations, supply, demand, in alignment with regulatory, finance, and other stakeholders requirements and strategy
- Lead the launch readiness and follow up meetings and needed actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Revise agreements in terms of business models, commercial, and supply terms, and decide on the best terms to be agreed with the partners.
- Lead regular S&Op and JSC meetings with partners
- Build and update monthly rolling forecasts (supply and demand) for the existing products, new launches, and align with internal, external stakeholders
- Day-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, standards and procedures.
Job Related – Special Accountabilities:

- Manage the assigned product(s) pre-registration supply cycle and Distribution Management- when deemed necessary
- Support the financial part in coordination with marketing and sales.
- Support forecasting & feasibility analysis as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree with supply chain & project management experience.

- Experience in Biotechnology is a plus
