Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the India and many other countries inthe world. The below client is a subsidiary of Client Motor Company for its operations in India and its Head Quarter is in Sholinganallur Chennai Tamil Nadu. This Client also has integrated manufacturing facilities in Sanand Gujarat.

Position Description:
- Manage hiring process for Purchase services Supplier employees by coordinating between Suppliers & Hiring managers Manage onboarding process : CDSID creation raising laptop request providing application access VDI or ZScalar access Manage Offboarding process CDSID deactivation ensuring surrender of laptop request revoking application access and revoking VDI ZScalar access Manage Headcount allocation process & Ensure HC accuracy Rapidly iterate ad hoc reporting needs Manage Maintain relationship with Suppliers & coordinate for release of Purchase Orders Change Requests Responsible for coordinating with FCSD and Pro Tech Management Business and other IT groups to identify goals timeframes and allotment of resources
- Ensure all enablement process are followed diligently by People Leaders Coordinate conduct Townhall meetings Coordinate new employee orientation Coordinate Protech Demo Support India Leadership team
- Provide support to members of the clients Pro organization on all processes as needed.
- Support financial updates to enable and accurate forecast to actuals utilizing the newly launched Nicus system
- Support any new Process Practice and Policy and FCSD Pro Operating model.
Skills Required:
- proficient in excel ability to get things done

- 35 years

- Any degree
