Job Description

We Are Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices/Equipments)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Promote Medical Equipment: Visit clients including hospitals doctors and patients in the igned area to promote our medical equipment.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers regularly gathering feedback and addressing product inquiries.
  3. Lead Generation and Followup: Generate daily leads and conduct regular followups to drive progress and sales.
  4. Sales Promotional Events: Support the team in organizing sales events to enhance brand visibility and product sales.
  5. Sales Target Monitoring: Elish areawide sales targets and monitor the sales performance of all dealers within the igned territory.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) providing direction and support to meet team objectives.







Requirements

  • Experience: 4 10 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment sector ideally within the critical care segment.
  • Market Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the medical equipment industry and the geographical regions to be managed.

  • Desired Ss and Experience:
    • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the industry and specific areas to be igned.
    • Interpersonal Ss: Excellent social interpersonal and writing ss.
    • Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
    • Adaptability: Eager to learn and adaptable to changing market demands.
    • Career ility: Proven track record of career ility and longterm commitment.
