We Are Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices/Equipments)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Medical Equipment: Visit clients including hospitals doctors and patients in the igned area to promote our medical equipment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers regularly gathering feedback and addressing product inquiries.
- Lead Generation and Followup: Generate daily leads and conduct regular followups to drive progress and sales.
- Sales Promotional Events: Support the team in organizing sales events to enhance brand visibility and product sales.
- Sales Target Monitoring: Elish areawide sales targets and monitor the sales performance of all dealers within the igned territory.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) providing direction and support to meet team objectives.
Requirements
Experience: 4 10 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment sector ideally within the critical care segment.
Market Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the medical equipment industry and the geographical regions to be managed.
