We are seeking a dedicated and organizedHR ociateto join our team at Durafloor Concrete Solutions LLP. The HR ociate will be responsible for handling various human resources tasks including recruitment onboarding employee relations and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational ss and have a good understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
ist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information attendance and leaves.
Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle daytoday HR operations including payroll support benefits administration and employee queries.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
ist in compliance with labor laws and ensure HR practices align with company policies.
Coordinate and participate in performance management activities such as reviews and feedback sessions.
Support the HR Manager in other administrative and HRrelated tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
12 years of experience in HR roles preferred but fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases is a plus.
Strong organizational ss and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
