The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and accounting practices coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of our organization ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and supporting our strategic financial planning initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and accounting practices coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of our organization ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and supporting our strategic financial planning initiatives.
Job Description:
- Prepare and examine financial records statements and reports
- Analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
- Compute taxes owed prepare tax returns and ensure prompt payment
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Monitor and review accounting and financial transactions
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Prior experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Experience with tax preparation and compliance
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
