Our longterm Hotel Manager is planning their next adventure and although were sad to see them go were excited to welcome a new member of our closeknit team to fill their shoes. We will provide the support and training inclusive of a handover with the current incumbent for an effective transition into the role.
This role will suit a person already based in Kalgoorlie or as a minimum based in WA with plans already underway to relocate.
Although we appreciate your interest we cannot accept your application if you are overseas interstate or have a restricted working visa as this is a permanent fulltime position.
As the Motel Manager youll oversee a team of 13 dedicated staff members and manage the 47 comfortable and stylish rooms restaurant and bar. With your exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail youll maintain our high service standards and keep our guests returning for more.
Other Typical Daily Duties Include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of 13 staff members fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Overseeing daytoday operations ensuring smooth checkins checkouts and excellent guest experiences
- Managing reservations maintain accurate records and maximise room occupancy
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction and safety
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery
- Monitoring financial performance control costs and achieve revenue targets
