Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment for a sales representative
- Accurately and efficiently enter and update customer information in the database
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction answer questions and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines while also being adaptable to customer responses
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
- Provide feedback and input to management on customer trends
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Manage and update the sales database with call outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in telesales or a similar role
