• 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer is mandatory
• Working experience on FSM
• Working experience on Service Now Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill
• Hands on experience with UI Builder and Creation of Custom Components in the UI Builder for Workspace will be a added advantage
• Working experience in Tele communication modules(TSOMTSM) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Anjular js React js HTML CSS Java script
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies
• such as XML HTML AJAX CSS HTTP REST SOAP
• Working experience on CSM Module
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance workflows business rules UI pages UI actions UI policies ACLs catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
