Job Description:

1. Plan and establish WCM practices and ABOE framework and ensure its dissemination at grass root levels in order to achieve the targeted key management focus areas of quality cost innovation delivery and productivity

2. Ensure Grass Root Teams involvement in daily work management

3. Cost Optimization with Team QCDIPS improvement

4. Team and KFA KPIs monitoring training and improvement

5. Visual Management

6. To organize and conduct Industrial engineering study in the areas of capability utilization equipment utilization manpower value engineering and recommend various improvement plans

7. ISO Certification establish and coordinate on systems and practices in the plan

8. Organize audits (Internal & External); Review of audit reports and coordinating with peers for updation; ensure compliance to ISO Standards

Qualification: BE in Mechanical

Mandatory skills: Good spoken and written English skills is must. Knowledge of SAP Confluence System Safety Conscious

Desirable Skills: Sustainability Reporting Safety Internal Audit ISO 14001ISO 9001ISO 50001
