سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيJob Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: KolkataExperience: 2 to 5 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:Compliance and Legal:Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.HR Management:Manage and supervise the HR department staff.Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures.Maintain HR records including employee files compensation and benefits information.Employee Development:Design and run employee training and development programs.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.Employee Relations:Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.Benefits and Compensation:Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.Health and Safety:Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.Labor Relations:Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.Collaboration and Improvement:Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles preferably in recruiting training or organizational development.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office HRIS ATS and HR analytics.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the companys HR strategy while ensuring a compliant efficient and positive workplace environment.
