Job Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process to secure toptier candidates aligned with business needs meeting timelines and cost targets.
Oversee onboarding activities ensuring a seamless hiretoretire experience for all employees.
Provide HR support for employee relations issues including performance management and grievance resolution.
Drive the rewards and recognition program to foster employee engagement and motivation.
Lead capability programs aligned with global and local people strategies driving defined objectives and action plans.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Identify highpotential employees and develop succession plans to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Implement actions from talent review processes embedding talent development and succession planning principle.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and talent development plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives including restructuring and process improvements.
Monitor employee engagement levels and support the implementation of action plans to drive engagement.
Skills / Work Ex. / Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are needed to assess HR data identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
Indepth knowledge of HR functions labour laws and industryspecific challenges within logistics.
Strong understanding of performance management talent acquisition and employee development strategies.
Experience: 15 years in HRBP or HR Generalist experience with a strong emphasis on handling employee life cycle and recruitment.
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree is a must.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
HR certifications such as SHRMSCP SPHR shall be preferred.
