About the Role

The Enterprise Account Manager position requires you to achieve consistently and surpass the revenue target. The role involves aligning customer budgets with the sales plan meeting quarterly quota targets and working with the technical team to take advantage of opportunities. In addition it involves finding new business opportunities while still maintaining the existing accounts maintaining knowledge of competitors and building a strong pipeline of opportunities for business continuity and growth.

This role entails regularly presenting business reviews to the Sales Manager promoting the Enterprise solutions specifically in the banking sector and safeguarding the existing customer base. Furthermore the role demands that you have a high level of knowledge about the market and the IT industry a background in multiproduct sales and the ability to generate opportunities for noncore banking products.

Requirements

What You will do:

Business Development and Market Expansion

  • You can win market share and onboard new customers for the Innovative Solutions business prospecting in existing accounts for viable business opportunities.

  • You identify new business opportunities beyond offtheshelf solutions preparing and executing sales plans aligned with overall business goals.

  • You maintain uptodate competitor knowledge and build a healthy pipeline of business opportunities to ensure continuity and growth.

  • You are responsible for achieving the companys annual software license revenue target by exceeding assigned targets and developing and actualizing customer budgets.

  • You will meet and surpass all Annual Maintenance revenue targets in assigned accounts by aligning customer buying processes and budgets with the sales plan.

  • You must ensure weekly monthly and quarterly quota targets and commitments are met by collaborating with the technical team to capitalize on opportunities in existing and new accounts.

Customer Relationship Management and Product Positioning

  • You will develop and grow the customer base through daily sales calls presenting regular business reviews to the Sales Manager and positioning Enterprise solutions across various industry verticals in the BFSI space.

  • You possess extensive fintech industry knowledge especially in the BFSI sectors with a proven background in enterprise solutions sales and a track record of tailoring noncore banking solutions to meet clients specific needs.

  • You are required to generate a robust pipeline of opportunities for noncore banking products aiming for three times the assigned target while prioritising the protection of the installed base of existing customers as a key responsibility.

About you:

Must Haves:

  • You have a Bachelor s degree in any related discipline.

  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of business development & account management experience in the BFSI industry specifically dealing in noncore banking solutions across the East African market.

  • You have a strong track record of excellence in achieving sales targets throughout the East African region.

  • You have a good understanding of the diverse market dynamics in the different East African countries to grow the company s revenue

  • You have a strong ability to penetrate new accounts and walk your way to the decisionmakers.
