Job Description

What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to lead our internal operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of managing our talent vetting processes enhancing client relationships and supporting our vibrant community of referrers. You will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and driving the success of our talent placement initiatives.


What does the job involve

Talent Team Management:

  • Manage a team of talent analysts responsible for vetting talent referrals.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like vetting time quality of candidates shortlisted and hiring success rates.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to refine and improve our AIdriven vetting models.

Client Account Management:

  • Provide stellar account management services to clients using the talent platform.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain high satisfaction levels among clients.

Referrer Community Management:

  • Engage with our community of referrers to provide feedback and educational resources to improve the quality of referrals.
  • Develop new strategies and tools to enhance community engagement and performance tracking.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager Delivery Manager OR Recruitment Manager (recruitment agency experience is preferred) or a similar role in talent acquisition OR Management Consulting OR B2B Customer Success / Account Management within a tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and interpreting KPIs.
  • Experience managing a team is a must (teams of 35 people).
  • Must have client management experience (e.g. either internal hiring lead or external client in any capacity).
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition agency recruitment hiring recruitment technology (e.g. ATS platforms Linkedin Recruiter ) is a nice to have.
