BASIS and System Administrator

• Manage overall solution & service delivery for Services projects enhancement and break/fix demand for SAP Basis
  
• Manage lead and mentor team members
  
• Manage budget cost and productivity for SAP portfolio
  
• Drive standardization & automation across business processes leveraging SAP HANA solutions. Actively engage with business in defining optimal solutions to support and improve business processes. Should be able to take calculated risks and challenge current practices to develop and deliver solutions to meet or exceed expectations
  
• Manage SAP solution Implementations rollouts and delivery for businesses & functions
  
• Responsible for integrated incident change and problem management. Ensure systems methodologies and procedures are in place and followed for SAP Basis support
  
• Work/collaborate with external vendors globally for projects execution & application support
  
• RISE transition Management
  

• Formulating finalizing and managing service level agreements for resolution and response to business requests
  
• Managing global customers by delivering highquality fixes resolving escalations and critical business problems with focus on execution delivery and processes
  

• Defining project methodology implementation options and transformation plans as per business needs; monitoring progress on a regular basis using project reporting and project audits as a tool
  
• Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management
  
• Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements
  
• Handle changing priorities and provide decisive leadership in complex situations
  
• Bring industry best practices for solution as well as service delivery
  

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in SAP including experience in deploying large SAP programs
  
• Proven experience of successfully delivering projects ontime within budget and in scope
  
• Experience of managing SAP HANA implementations as a SAP BASIS Manager
  
• Strong Industry and Technical expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP HANA
  
• Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool monitoring tools Demand/Capacity management tools Monitoring tools and automation Project tracking etc.)
  
• SAP on Public Cloud experience particularly on AWS will be an added advantage
  
• Should be able to influence decisionmaking and able to drive project delivery
  
• Hands on Experience on Net Weaver and SAP New dimensional products
  
• Deep knowledge of IaaS / PaaS solutions
  
• SAP Landscape Sizing & Design (public and private cloud)
  
• HA/DR architectures
  
• Failover / Failback mechanisms
  
• Backup / data retention
  
• HANA deployment architectures
  
• SAP Solution Manager SAP GRC
