Director of Operations (BPO) Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the BPO department within the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Lead a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve department goals and targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of BPO industry practices and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior operations role within a BPO company.
- Experience managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
- Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
