Director of Operations (BPO) Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operations of the BPO department within the company.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Lead a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve department goals and targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BPO industry practices and trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior operations role within a BPO company.
• Experience managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
