Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the franchise in Mali.
- Manage 3 locations with the first one having a production facility and seating capacity of 100.
- Manage the production facility and ensure it meets the highest standards.
- Supervise staff and maintain excellent customer service.
- Engage clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French is critical.
- Previous experience managing a franchise or similar business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
