Manager - Operations Logistics

Summary: The person will be responsible for Custom Clearance Transportation and operations for material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Clearance:
  1. To look after custom clearance of import & export cargo.
  2. SVB name addition / order amendment.
  3. Any other custom registration and liasioning job.
• Logistics Coordination:
  1. Plan and coordinate transportation.
  2. Negotiate with carriers.
  3. Develop tieup with fleet owners.
• Supply Chain Optimization:
  1. Analyse and improve processes collaborate with stake holders and reduce lead times and costs.
• Operations Management:
  1. Oversee daily operations align with business goals and monitor KPIs.
• Inventory Management:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels conduct audits and implement control procedures.
• Safety and Compliance:
  1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree.

MBA in supply chain will be added advantage.

• Skills: Strong analytical problemsolving organizational communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications: Supply chain or logistics certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Travel to sites and supplier locations.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with extended hours during peak periods.
