Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team.

• Coordinate tasks distribute work efficiently and foster a productive team environment.
• Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.
• Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an Agrade delivery.
• Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations.
• Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality.
• Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends tools and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading and managing multifunctional teams of engineers.

• Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Great attention to detail nothing goes by you.
• Passionate about delivering highquality and very detailed work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress.
• Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
• Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
