Requirements:
Experience in customer service and or public relations
Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking

Professional phone and email communication.
Excellent time management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must live in the United States
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to work independently with the full support of a team and training

Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating and managing customer itineraries
Handling customer requests and inquiries
Providing guidance and support to customers
Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer activities
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly
