Job Title: Implementation Coordinator

Location: Nashville TN 37203

Job Type: 6 Months

Shift: Day Shift 8:00am to 4:00pm

Salary: $41:00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge of software and workflow during golive and implementation independently and without direct supervision.

Provide support to Case Management Staff Preceptors and the Case Management Director ensuring they have appropriate access and can demonstrate efficient use of the software.

Perform initial troubleing during golive and ensure system ility serving as the point of contact for all ociated software issues.

Promptly escalate any access or software issues to avoid delays in colleagues ability to access and work in the system

Ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to education delivery.

Participate in communication among all team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs expectations and requirements.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation strategy and propose modifications of materials as needed.

Participate in initial kickoff and work in close coordination with corporate division and facility leadership.

ess the lessons learned from each phase of implementation and integrate these insights into subsequent phases.

Organize and support onboarding of new resources and team members during the implementation period.

Coordinate with the Implementation team to ensure all facility case management staff and shifts have necessary golive support.

Perform other duties as igned
