Introduction:

As a Coil Staging Coordinator at Central Moloney you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production operations by organizing preparing and delivering coils and materials for transformer assembly. Your attention to detail organizational skills and commitment to quality will help drive our manufacturing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and stage coils and associated materials required for transformer production.
  • Inspect coils for defects or damage before staging and report quality issues.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of staged materials including coil specifications and production schedules.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols while handling materials and equipment.
  • Implement and optimize staging strategies to streamline production workflows.
  • Communicate any delays or issues impacting production schedules to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.

Additional Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably in electrical transformer assembly.
  • Knowledge of transformer components and coil specifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise temperature fluctuations and other environmental factors.
  • Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
  • PPE: Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safetytoe footwear.
  • Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand and move for long shifts.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards promptly.
