Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our company s commercial and industrial facilities. This position involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to manage marketing campaigns create compelling content and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong organizational ss and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Responsibilities include coordinating events managing social media platforms tracking marketing performance and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage marketing activities and oversee corporate branding efforts to maintain consistent brand identity across all departments and platforms.
Lead the management of the company s LinkedIn presence by gathering content scheduling posts monitoring engagement and yzing performance.
Prepare and create marketing materials (property flyers property signs swag)
Collaborate with internal team members to design and produce marketing collateral such as property flyers signage and promotional materials.
Draft and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Regularly update the company website ensuring content is current and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Plan and organize company events
Collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Qualification and Required Ss/Abilities:
The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated proactive problem solver with superb written organizational and communication ss and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook as well as design and marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Hootsuite Canva and KEAP.
Sed in project management with the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
Highly serviceoriented individual with the ability to work under pressure individually or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in marketing communications business or a related field
35 years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record of success
Real estate industry related experience preferred
