The QMS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining compliance of the entire QMS. The QMS Coordinator will be responsible for compliance related to typical standards as well as our internal quality platform This would include doent control and auditing. As the Quality Management System Coordinator (QMS) you will elish new processes and build on our existing one.

As the guiding light of our QMS you will stay abreast of the latest technology in sustainability and quality management in order reach our Quality goals and objectives. Highly visible to senior leadership you will strive year over year for continuous improvement in each area while ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards. You will chart a course of continued success by educating and training on new policies and procedures while collaborating with staff for understanding agreement and compliance to Standard Operating Procedures Work instructions and other doented processes and own the audit process. QMS Responsibilities:

Monitor update and keep current the QMS including work instructions doents and records.

Enhance the QMS by determining improvement parameters.

Train and lead employees in all aspects of the quality management system and conduct quality meetings with company personnel.

Manage the audit process to ist company with QMS processes and improvements.

Build and audit protocols and conduct periodic internal audits.

Provide reports and istance with performance of QMS to leadership team.

Promote and ist problem solving capabilities ensuring proper identification of root cause.

Facilitates root cause ysis in corrective action or nonconformance process.

Effectively communicates and trains on QMS procedures and policies to all employees and management.

Recommends solutions and potential resources to implement improvements to the QMS.

Responsible for coordinating certification audits and ensuring the nonconformances derived from them are closed out timely.

Coordinate and participate in external audits.

Monitor and report on how the QMS is performing which will include KPIs countermeasures and tactical action tracking.

Maintain and improve processes to ensure 100% compliance to the standard.

Develop and implement well thought out processes within the organization.

Qualifications:

Internal auditing experience

Primary knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard.

Experience with IATF and VDA 6.3 is a plus.

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Ability to work independently and remain selfmotivated.

. Pionate about taking the companys best practices to a higher level of performance.

. Possess a strong desire lead train and coach.

Computer literate in Windowsbased database programs and MS Office products

SAP experience a plus.

Automotive manufacturing experience required.

Possess excellent organization ss and the ability to prioritize meet deadlines and multitask independently.

Ability to think independently communicate thoroughly and influence the implementation of the appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

Ability to make independent judgments to manage and facilitate company programs/policies as they relate to the QMS.

Positively interact with team members to create a standardized work environment.
